This year, we want you to pass that experience on.

The World Health Organization’s theme for World Mental Health Day 2026 is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.” It calls for people with lived experience of mental health conditions to be heard and meaningfully involved in the decisions that affect their lives.
That emphasis on real voices made us think about how we wanted to mark the day.
Last year, following our WMHD offer, many of you got in touch to say how meaningful the opportunity had been, and how grateful their chosen recipients had been.

HOW IT WORKS

Purchase any qualifying Agora Models Full Kit between 5–11 October 2026.
2. CHOOSE SOMEONE
Nominate someone you would like to introduce to the experience of model making. We will email you to ask for the details of who you would like the free Full Kit sent to. We will even cover the postage costs.
3. WE’LL SEND THEM A FULL KIT
Agora Models will provide a Full Kit for your chosen recipient.
- You can choose anyone you like to receive a free Full Kit, except yourself. The person must live in the same country as you, or in North America, Europe or Australia.
- If you order more than one Full Kit you must choose different recipients of the free kit.
If you don't know anyone to donate to, we can send your free Full Kit to one of our nominated charities: Models for Heroes or Help Heal Veterans.

Promotion Period: From 00:00 on 5 October 2026 until 23:59 on 11 October 2026, inclusive (purchaser’s local time)
Promoter: Agora Models, based in the United Kingdom (“Agora Models”).
This version applies to qualifying purchases made for the Australian market and promoted by Agora Models in the United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Pass It On promotion. By participating you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Promotion overview
1.1. For each qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period, Agora Models will provide one free Full Kit to an eligible nominated recipient, subject to these Terms & Conditions. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of an Agora Models Full Kit or a qualifying One Express offer through agoramodels.com for the Australian market. This is a gift-with-purchase promotion; there is no prize draw or competition.
1.2. The free gift will be one complete, unassembled Agora Models Full Kit selected by Agora Models from the available promotional collection. The model may differ from the model purchased. Neither the purchaser nor the recipient may choose the model. No cash or credit alternative is available.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Open to purchasers aged 18 or over who are legally able to enter into the purchase agreement and make a qualifying purchase through the applicable Agora Models website during the Promotion Period.
2.2. You may not nominate yourself as the recipient.
2.3. Employees of Agora Models, its agents, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members of those employees are not eligible to receive promotional free kits.
2.4. The recipient must be located either: (a) in the same country as the purchaser, or (b) in North America, Europe, or Australia. Agora reserves the right to refuse fulfilment to addresses outside these areas.
2.5. Individual nominated recipients must also be aged 18 or over.
3. How to enter / nomination process
3.1. Purchase an Agora Models Full Kit or One Express between 5 October 2026 and 11 October 2026 (purchaser local time). Purchases must be paid in full and not cancelled.
3.2. When the order is placed, Agora Models will contact the purchaser by the email address used for the order to request the recipient’s details. Purchaser must provide the recipient’s full name, shipping address, and a contact telephone number or email.
3.3. Each qualifying Full Kit or One Express purchase entitles the purchaser to one nomination. Where more than one qualifying purchase is made, a different individual must be nominated for each free kit.
3.4. Purchaser must supply recipient details within 14 days of being contacted. If no nomination is supplied within 14 days, Agora Models will, at its discretion, either send the free kit to one of the nominated charities (Models for Heroes or Help Heal Veterans) or hold the free kit for later charitable distribution.
4. Fulfilment & postage
4.1. Agora Models will cover standard postage to the nominated recipient address.
4.2. The promoter will endeavour to dispatch free kits promptly but does not guarantee delivery times. Free kits will normally be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of valid recipient details.
4.3. Any customs, import duties, taxes or other fees payable in the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agora Models is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges levied by destination countries.
5. Product substitution & stock
5.1. The specific free Full Kit supplied will be selected by Agora Models. Neither purchasers nor recipients may request a specific model. Availability determines the model supplied, but does not remove the entitlement described in clause 5.2.
5.2. Agora Models will honour the free-kit entitlement for every qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period. The model supplied will depend on available stock.
6. Restrictions & prohibited uses
6.1. Free kits are non-transferable (except where Agora has explicitly agreed) and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6.2. Purchaser confirms they have the recipient’s consent to provide personal details and to receive the kit. Purchaser must not provide personal data without consent. Agora may refuse to process requests where consent is not clear.
7. Charitable options
7.1. If the purchaser does not wish to nominate an individual, or fails to supply nomination details in time, Agora may send the free kit to one of the nominated charities: Models for Heroes or Help Heal Veterans (or another charity selected by Agora).
7.2. If you would like the free kit to go to a different registered charity, please state this when providing nomination details and Agora will consider on a case-by-case basis.
8. Data protection & privacy
8.1. Personal data supplied will be used only to fulfil this promotion and for associated communications (e.g., fulfilment, delivery updates, and promotion administration).
8.2. Agora Models will retain nomination/recipient data only for as long as required to fulfil the promotion and meet legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with Agora’s privacy policy.
8.3. By providing a recipient’s details, you confirm that you have their permission to share those details and that they have agreed to receive the kit. Agora Models will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law and will provide recipients with the relevant privacy information. Recipient details will not be used for marketing without separate, appropriate consent.
8.4. No explanation of the nomination is required. Please do not provide information about the recipient’s health, mental health, diagnosis or personal circumstances.
9. Liability & warranties
9.1. Agora Models is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under these Terms & Conditions. Any liability in connection with the promotion is subject to applicable law; no limit based solely on the value of the free kit applies.
9.2. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
9.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where those guarantees apply, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These protections apply notwithstanding that the promoter is based overseas.
10. Cancellation & refunds
10.1. If the purchaser cancels or returns the purchased Full Kit or One Express, the matched free kit will become void and must be returned to Agora Models at the recipients expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Agora. Refunds will not be processed until both Full Kits have been returned to Agora Models.
10.2. Returns and refunds for purchased kits are subject to Agora Models’ standard returns policy and all applicable mandatory consumer rights. No cash refund is payable to the purchaser for the free kit itself. This does not restrict any remedy available by law for failure to fulfil the promotion or for defective goods.
11. Marketing rights
11.1. Agora Models may use genuinely anonymous participation statistics and non-personal aggregate information for publicity about the promotion. Any use of identifiable purchaser or recipient names, photographs, quotations or stories requires separate consent. Participation does not require consent to publicity.
12. General
12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory protections of the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable Australian law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions requires an Australian consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in England or prevents them from pursuing a complaint or claim before a competent Australian court, tribunal or consumer protection authority.
12.2. Agora Models may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or legal or regulatory requirements, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes will be posted on agoramodels.com and affected purchasers will be contacted where appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove an entitlement arising from a qualifying purchase, except where fulfilment is prohibited by law; any applicable consumer remedies remain available.
12.3. Agora Models will notify affected participants of material delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and take reasonable steps to minimise their effects. This clause does not exclude liability or remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
