At Agora Models, we take our models seriously. But ourselves – not quite so much.
We love the craftsmanship, the engineering, the history and that moment when a collection of tiny parts begins to take on the unmistakable shape of the original. There's real pride in seeing it come together. We also know that building one of our models takes time, patience and, quite often, more table space than you originally planned.
We’re not perfect, and we sometimes get things wrong. But we listen, we learn, and we do everything we can to make things right. And when our customers tell us something could be better, we pay attention. After all, the people building our models often include the most dedicated fans of the originals. They know the details, care deeply about getting them right and sometimes spot things we've missed. Who better to help us improve?
That's where we put our energy: into creating world-class models, making the building experience as enjoyable as possible and looking after the people who trust us to deliver.
So, we don’t make grand corporate videos. Just eight promises we take very seriously.

1. Premium quality guaranteed
We check the quality of our parts and packaging at every stage of production. For us, it's about more than how a part looks, or even what it costs. It has to fit properly and match the original, even down to ensuring the spark-plug leads follow the original engine's firing order.
2. Fixed pack prices
Once you've ordered your model, the price of each pack in the build is locked in. You won’t find unwelcome price surprises halfway through.
3. Full-model production guaranteed
We won't stop production partway through a model build. We won't sell you the first pack unless we're confident we can produce every pack needed to complete your model.
4. Dispatch within 48 hours
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. If there's a delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
5. Officially licensed products
We work with experts to ensure our models faithfully reproduce the specifications and details of the originals. Because getting the details right matters.
6. Accurate reproductions
We're a little obsessed with accuracy. We use the best high-precision 3D scanning equipment and technicians to capture the shapes, proportions and intricate details of the originals. Combined with 3D modelling, this allows us to recreate them with exceptional precision. It's serious technology for a scale model. Because we're serious about scale models.
When we recreate a historic machine, such as the Aston Martin DB5, we replicate the original components rather than substitute modern-day replacements that weren't part of its story. Because for us, authenticity isn't just about getting the overall shape right. It's about recreating the details that make the original what it was, even the ones you might never see.
7. Customer service with care
We know how much your model means to you. If something isn't right, tell us. We'll listen and do everything we can to fix it. And if you think something could be better, we want to hear that too. We're always learning, and your feedback helps us make better models. After all, we're modellers too. We know how frustrating it can be when something gets in the way of the joy of building.
