World Mental Health Day
Time and again we read that hobbies such as model-making can have many benefits on mental health. These benefits include stress relief, fewer depressive symptoms, and increased happiness and life satisfaction. To mark this day, and to be proactive in sharing the benefits of modeling with more people, we will be giving away Full Kits of our models.
On October 10, 2025, anyone who buys an Agora Full Kit (or One Express) will be invited to give us the name of a friend, family member, colleague or other good cause. We will then send that person a random full kit from our collection, and hopefully start them on a model-making journey!
On World Mental Health Day, Agora Models will match every Full Kit sold, one-to-one, with a free kit – this is your chance to introduce someone to the joys of our hobby who you feel will benefit.
Nominate anyone you choose to receive a free kit when you purchase a Full Kit (or One Express offer) from us on October 10, 2025.
Once your order has been placed, we will email you to ask for the details of who you would like the free Full Kit sent to. We will even cover the postage costs.
You can choose anyone you like to receive a free Full Kit, except yourself. The person must live in the same country as you, or in North America, Europe or Australia.
- If you order more than one Full Kit you must choose different recipients of the free kit.
If you don't know anyone to donate to, we can send your free Full Kit to one of our nominated charities: Help Heal Veterans or Models for Heroes.

Big Model Give Back — Terms & Conditions
Promotion name: Big Model Give Back — World Mental Health Day
Promotion date: October 10, 2025 (orders placed between 00:00 and 23:59 on October 10, 2025, purchaser’s local time)
Promoter: Agora Models USA inc.
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Big Model Give Back promotion. By participating you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Promotion overview
1.1. For every Agora Full Kit purchased on October 10, 2025, Agora Models will provide one free Full Kit to a nominated recipient (one-to-one match).
1.2. The free kit sent to the nominated recipient will be a random full kit selected from Agora Models’ available collection, unless otherwise agreed by Agora Models. No cash alternative.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Open to anyone who purchases an Agora Full Kit or One Express during the promotion period, subject to these T&Cs.
2.2. You may not nominate yourself as the recipient.
2.3. Employees of Agora Models, its agents, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members of those employees are not eligible to receive promotional free kits.
2.4. The recipient must be located either: (a) in the same country as the purchaser, or (b) in North America, Europe, or Australia. Agora reserves the right to refuse fulfilment to addresses outside these areas.
3. How to enter / nomination process
3.1. Purchase an Agora Models Full Kit or One Express between 00:00 and 23:59 on October 10, 2025 (purchaser local time). Purchases must be paid in full and not cancelled.
3.2. When the order is placed, Agora Models will contact the purchaser by the email address used for the order to request the recipient’s details. Purchaser must provide the recipient’s full name, shipping address, and a contact telephone number or email.
3.3. If multiple Full Kits are purchased in a single order, the purchaser may nominate up to the same number of recipients as Full Kits purchased (one nomination per free kit).
3.4. Purchaser must supply recipient details within 14 days of being contacted. If no nomination is supplied within 14 days, Agora Models will, at its discretion, either send the free kit to one of the nominated charities (Models for Heroes or Help Heal Veterans) or hold the free kit for later charitable distribution.
4. Fulfilment & postage
4.1. Agora Models will cover standard postage to the nominated recipient address.
4.2. The promoter will endeavour to dispatch free kits promptly but does not guarantee delivery times. Free kits will normally be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of valid recipient details.
4.3. Any customs, import duties, taxes or other fees payable in the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agora Models is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges levied by destination countries.
5. Product substitution & stock
5.1. The specific Free Kit supplied will be at Agora Models' sole discretion. Customers can not request specific models. Kits are subject to availability.
5.2. Promotion is subject to stock availability and may be limited to a maximum number of matched kits. If the promotion reaches capacity, Agora Models will notify affected purchasers and offer an alternative (e.g., charitable donation in their name).
6. Restrictions & prohibited uses
6.1. Free kits are non-transferable (except where Agora has explicitly agreed) and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6.2. Purchaser confirms they have the recipient’s consent to provide personal details and to receive the kit. Purchaser must not provide personal data without consent. Agora may refuse to process requests where consent is not clear.
7. Charitable options
7.1. If the purchaser does not wish to nominate an individual, or fails to supply nomination details in time, Agora may send the free kit to one of the nominated charities: Models for Heroes or Help Heal Veterans (or another charity selected by Agora).
7.2. If you would like the free kit to go to a different registered charity, please state this when providing nomination details and Agora will consider on a case-by-case basis.
8. Data protection & privacy
8.1. Personal data supplied will be used only to fulfil this promotion and for associated communications (e.g., fulfilment, delivery updates, and promotion administration).
8.2. Agora Models will retain nomination/recipient data only for as long as required to fulfil the promotion and meet legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with Agora’s privacy policy.
8.3. By providing a recipient’s details you confirm you have lawful basis to share those details and that the recipient has consented to receive the kit. Agora will not use recipient details for marketing unless Agora receives explicit consent.
9. Liability & warranties
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agora Models’ liability in connection with the promotion is limited to the value of the free kit provided.
9.2. Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Cancellation & refunds
10.1. If the purchaser cancels or returns the purchased Full Kit, the matched free kit will become void and must be returned to Agora Models at the recipients expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Agora.
10.2. Refunds for purchased kits are subject to Agora Models' standard returns policy; the free kit is not refundable to the purchaser.
11. Marketing rights
11.1. By participating, the purchaser agrees that Agora Models may (unless the purchaser expressly opts out in writing) use anonymised participation data and non-personal aggregate data for publicity about the promotion. Any use of recipient names or stories will require separate written consent.
12. General
12.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
12.2. Agora reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time for reasons beyond its control or for legal/regulatory reasons. If amended, changes will be posted on agoramodels.com and affected purchasers contacted where appropriate.
12.3. Force majeure: Agora will not be liable for failure to perform where such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
