The Shelby Cobra was the result of Carroll Shelby’s vision to become a racing constructor, combining classic British lightweight styling with a powerful American V8 engine to produce a model that proved to be revolutionary. Motivated to “whip Ferrari’s ass”, Shelby didn’t stop at winning across America, creating an even more extreme version powered by a monstrous, roaring, Ford big block 7-litre engine, giving the resulting 427 model the appeal and magic enjoyed by enthusiasts today.
Most of the 427s were produced as street cars but Shelby offered a ‘Competition’ package for owners with racing aspirations and ‘Semi-Competition’ package for people who wanted a street car which they could race from time to time.
Only 29 original 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/Cs were built, making them one of the most legendary, head-turning American cars, highly sought after and commanding prices well over $1million for a perfect example.
Your Model
This faithful replica model is made from the highest quality materials and measures 50cm. It has working lights, a steering wheel that turns the front wheels and engine and horn sounds. The bodywork is made from die-cast metal and spray painted with the authentic Shelby Guardsman Blue and LeMans white stripe competition livery. No painting is required as all parts come fully painted.

Initial payment is $750 followed by $149.99 per month, plus $9.99 shipping. This is a monthly instalment plan over 12 months. We will send you a box containing all your first parts to get you started. Following this, you will be sent a box containing your next model parts every month for 11 months, your card will be charged monthly only from Pack 6.
